An Invitation to Black Canadian & Black British Women of African & Caribbean descent to experience using guided creativity for full-on self-expression to heal, connect and reclaim our personal & collective power.

The chosen form of creativity we utilize is called Intentional Creativity. Using paint, brush, canvas, and heart.

Not to worry, no previous art experience is required. This process meets you where you are, and holds whatever your skill level may be.
